  18.  1. About Iconic Tray
  19. ----------------------
  20.    This tiny utility lets you minimize any window either to the system tray
  21.  (the area with icons beside the clock) or to a special icon in the system
  22.  tray called Iconic Tray which contains minimized windows.
  23.    You can minimize windows pressing hotkeys or using right or middle mouse
  24.  button just as you use a left mouse button.
  25.    Minimized in the system tray window has its own icon that appears beside
  26.  the clock. Clicking on this icon you can restore window to its original size
  27.  and position. As you know, some applications allow to minimize its windows
  28.  to the system tray. With this utility you can minimize any window to the
  29.  system tray, even if application doesn't support it itself.
  30.    Minimized in the Iconic Tray window can be found for restoring in a list
  31.  of minimized windows. This list can be got by clicking on the icon of the
  32.  Iconic Tray or pressing hotkey.

  34. How Iconic Tray can help you:
  35.    The Windows task bar shows windows of all applications that are currently
  36.  running. Unfortunately, the task bar can become very crowded when you are
  37.  working several applications. But usually only one or two applications are
  38.  used at a time.
  39.    For instance, you are using a word processor and many copies of web
  40.  browser, each for one web page. Usually you are viewing only one web page
  41.  at a time. All other copies of web browser might be minimized in Iconic Tray
  42.  in order to not crowd the task bar for quick access to the word processor.

  45.  2. System requirements
  46. ------------------------
  47.    Iconic Tray requires Windows 95/98/NT4/2000. There are no special
  48.  requirements to the processor performance and memory capacity.

  51.  3. Install/Deinstall
  52. ----------------------
  53. Install:
  54.    Unzip downloaded file called IT10.ZIP into a temporary folder and
  55.  run the it10_setup.exe file. The installer lets you choose program folder,
  56.  copies files into this folder and creates the program group with items.

  58. Deinstall:
  59.    Deinstalling of Iconic Tray may be carried out either by
  60.  "Add/Delete Program" dialog box in Control Panel or by "Uninstall" item in
  61.  program group.

  64.  4. Known problems
  65. -------------------
  66.    Windows of applications written on Delphi can't be minimized. We're working
  67.  on this problem.

  70.  5. Registering Iconic Tray 
  71. ----------------------------
  72.    This product is shareware. After the evaluation period, you must either
  73.  register the program or remove it from your computer. The trial version
  74.  includes certain limitations (such as a nag-screen). Registration gives
  75.  you the ability to use the full program after the 14-day trial period and
  76.  receive technical support. Registration costs US $ 14.95 for a single user.
